Terms and Conditions

  • If bookings are arranged less than 24 hours before pick up time, you will need to call us on +441895637336. Size of the vehicle will also need to be taken into consideration upon ordering to ensure there are enough seats per passenger. Please note each baby/young child is counted as one passenger.
  • After the flight has landed, we will allow a free 45 minute wait time. If the driver is kept waiting longer, additional fees apply.
  • Any bookings cancelled up to 24 hours prior to collection will incur a 10% fee, however cancellations within 4 hours of collection will be subjected to 50% fee.
  • Any bookings or reservations that require changes or cancellations may be made with Airocars via phone or email.  
  • Any bookings made for Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve/Day will be charged at an extra 50%.
  • Passengers are strongly advised to allow enough time for the journey, especially passengers traveling to the airport.
  • Airocars shall not be held responsible for a missed flight due to extreme traffic or road conditions.
  • Airocars shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our vehicles.

  • We will do a written agreement with drivers since new law is introduced,
  • We will do our utmost to comply with TFL requirements, may we ever bring any charges for sure we will inform TFL.
